I have just used Empire for the first time and I have to say that they did an excellent job on my BMW. They were friendly and very knowledgeable. Totally Unreliable! I received message 15 min before agreed -that they are not going to do work due a broken van. I try to contact them few times but they could recognize my number and refused to pick up call. One of us booked day off to wait for the service-what waste of time! (read more)

I have checked our diary and our phone records and the only customer that we did not go to was someone, who when I phoned said that we had the wrong number. I have just re rang the number and asked for the customer and the same person who told me that I had the wrong number initially stated that the customer would be back later. I have checked our phone records, we keep a record of all missed calls so we can prove that this person did not call us! and neither of the numbers that this customer gave us came up. Also if we had called and cancelled we always offer an alternative date and an upgrade of their service. Also I would like to point out that when this customer booked she stated that her son would be in as and I quote "he does not work". Also her son just answered the phone so I don't think he does work. For clarity our van had broken down and as we are a family run company we had no option but to try and re arrange her service. It makes no logical sense for us to ignore her calls especially as she has stated we called her so why would she need to call us. If she would like to get in touch and have an adult conversation rather than just airing her views on here she is more than welcome.

1. Was this broken Van, wrong number or no confirmation as you stated on another reviews website?
Confusing....
2. I wanted to get in touch on the day of cancelled service to find out when could you re-schedule it. I made 5 calls around lunch time - all were dropped by receiving person - easy to proof. The number you called me is not stated at your website...it is upseting when someone mess up your plans and ignore you.
3. Thank you for calling today the ''wrong number''.
2 weeks later it is a bit too late.
4. Do you add to your standard cleaning car service as a bonus analizing all family members, working hours and similar issue? scary...
5. Reviews website are public place for people to share experience...especially when company does not make more effort than 1 call cancelling service to contact client or maybe worth to check if people answering calls are reliable.

I'm sure you offer a great service reading previous reviews...unfortunately I could not check this due last minute cancelation and luck of comunication with the client.

The van had broken down and we call the landline and the person said that there was know one there of that name, then we called the mobile and left a message for you to get back to us if you could, and just because we called you on a number that isn't on the website means what exactly. And it was you who told us that your son would be home because he did not work, so I don't know what you are talking about. We do not have any missed calls from you, we would love your proff of you calling as 5 times. We never said that you couldn't post and review sites , just like we have right to reply. If you would like to discuss this we would welcome your call

My car has been cleaned by another company briliantly and on time..I'm not interested in any contact anymore.
This whole accusation made me only aware that I should never use any service by searching websites only.

I was initially worried about using a mobile detailing company as I have classic cars, a Porsche and a Rolls Royce. After calling Empire I am no longer worried. The service that I received over the phone initially was superb. They advised me on what waxes they use and talked me through the process from start to finish. Having spent 80K on this car last year, I like it clean and sparkling, but time does not enable me to do this myself and I now refuse to deal with my dealers’ call centre. This is the first time I have used Empire (or indeed any mobile valeting company) rather than my usual motor dealer. The service that I received was excellent throughout. My car has never looked so clean. I will definiately be using them again. The obvious pride that they take in their work is reflected in the condition of my car. They were punctual and polite.
