    this site offers cheap DVD sets that are on a collector to collector basis(tv ,vcr etc)they claim excellent customer service,exchange goods if faulty - NO REFUNDS!video quality is acceptable to good(not HD standard) & they sell p&p free all round world.Sounds too good to be true?It is!goods were cheaply packaged to keep costs,understandable,no probs there.DVDs were horrific.They were a complete series on 4 discs they contained no menus so could choose episodes etc.The video quality was so poor my 9" mustek dvd player couldn't even make it watchable.The only thing positive about dvds was the sound was ok & in sync.I was refered to as "rose"west as insult to surname, what did I expexct for £8,go die &other nasties when asked for a refund via googlecheckout & got a don't harrass me all emails from you shall be binned when contacted direct via their contact us.very unpleasant had to put the email on block to stop abuse!Don't keep this site in trade they sell shoddy unwatchable mrchandise & play nasty when reunds asked for(which they don't offer)I was told cough up extra £35 for original dvds she'd used - not what was said on website! as I asked for decent watchable replacements.Theese people are making alot of money.DON'T BUY!THE WEBSITE IS JUST 1 LIE AFTER ANOTHER & THEY ARE NASY BULLIES go to amazon or ebay instead
