I DO REALIZED AND UNDERSTAND A NO REFUND AND NO RETURN POLICY BUT NOT WHEN ITS YOUR ERROR NOT MINE...I DESERVE MY MONEY BACK WHEN I WENT TO PICK UP MY TRUNDLE THEY DIDNT HAVE THE MODEL I ORDERED. ALSO I WAS TOLD I WAS GOING TO GET MY MONEY BACK THE NEXT DAY.. I CAME BACK TWO DAYS LATER AND NOW IM BEING TOLD IM NOT GETTING A REFUND THE BED IS NOW COMING IN THURSDAY OR FRIDAY. I WENT AND BOUGHT NEW FURNITURE SOMEWHERE ELSE SPENT 4 TIMES THE MONEY. WHEN I COULD HAVE SPENT LESS IN YOUR STORE AND NOW YOU EXPECT ME TO KEEP THE BED THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN THERE WHEN I WENT FOR PICK UP. ONCE AGAIN ITS NOT MY FAULT YOU SAID I WAS GETTING A REFUND BECAUSE YOU DID NOT HAVE THAT MODEL. I WENT ELSE WHERE AND BOUGHT A BED BECAUSE OF THAT. JUST THOUGHT PEOPLE SHOULD KNOW WHAT KIND OF BUISNESS THERE DEALING WITH. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!AND YOUR STAFF HUNG UP ON ME MANY TIMES!

The six piece bedroom set was very unique it's black with a durable base that is very stylish very modern but comtemporary.I was amazed at the price it was unbeatable I searched around but founded nothing to compare with them. I highly recommend this place called Furniture Depot you can find them on the web.

I purchase a sectional for my living room and it was awesome. I highly recommend this it is so comfortable, it's black leather very durable very firm and the details of the style was very stylish but comtemporary. The legs of the set is made of heavy metal. I can say I really enjoy this set it make my living room look as if I spent thousand of dollars but really the price of it was a steel. If I had known abpout this place sooner I would not have wasted my time at other locations. oh by the way it's call Furniture Depot. There customer service was very helpful also.

I've founded that the sofa set that I perchased was a new style of a amazingly design. I was surprised at the flexible comfort that I felt when I set down on my sofa. At the same time I can add an ottoman and a chair along with this sofa set. My family was surprised of the low cost but great quality not just in the sofa but customer service was very helpful when callig while trying to make the selection. They help me with size the colors of what was available.
