    Further to my review about being charged for the upgrade when I did not request it and was not informed of the extra charge.......

    Rhino have eventually replied and said they had contacted Goldcar. They stated that I requested the upgrade and knew of the cost.

    So my advice is if you do use Rhino is to request the fuel charge before you hire and CHECK the agreement when you hire the car. The hire firm have a habit of adding costs and not informing you.

    I shall not be using Rhino again.

    The cost quoted on Rhino website is indeed cheap........ but in Spain I was charged for a tank of fuel (then return empty) which is fine, except I was charged 63 euro to fill a 45 litre tank when fuel was 1 euro a litre at the petrol stations.

    So check the cost of the fuel when comparing prices.

    Also the car hire company (Goldcar) did not have the class of vehicle that I ordered so I was given a larger one and charged 10 euro for this!! The car was dirty in side (filthy windscreen and sweat st ...

    I do not own my own car so regularly use rhino car hire for business trips and for leisure. The collection points are convenient and prices competetive, with no hidden extras! The cars are always valeted and in good condition. Overall a great service and highly recommended.

    After trawling over the usual suspects for car hire, we found Rhino Car Hire and their prices were notably cheaper than others. Rhino Car Hire are a broker, like most of the suppliers now (the car was Avis), however the booking process was very easy and I received all confirmations and booking voucher very quickly. All paperwork was well documented and collection from the airport was quick and easy. Will certainly be my first port of call for our next rental. Highly recommended.
