    Photographer left party at 10.30 even though he was contracted until 2am.
    Quality of the shots was not up to their advertising standards.
    Annabelle Plessis lied to us on numerous occasions and is unreliable. After one year they still hadn't delivered the photo album despite frequent chase ups.
    Bad value for money
