I was after a leather flip case for my Galaxy S and stumbled across Case Hut. Very clean site and I was able to checkout with PayPal express. The case took 3 days to arrive and was what I was expecting. It was a good fit and does the job. I will be using these chaps again! (read more)
“Do not use Case Hut”

I placed an order with Case Hut for an iPhone 4 cover and earphones, the cover and earphones were meant to be white and pink but when finally arrived (took over a week) the cover was white and red, the earphones white and pink, both were very poor quality. I have since tried contacting case hut 3 times to ask where to return to as it states on website not to return until they send confirmation and address. There has been no response from my emails. Would recommend staying away from this... (read more)

Quite a nice and simple looking case. Prone to scratches itself but thats the idea of case, you don't want a case for your case now! Very decent array of colours and mordern looking. Packaging was simple and the whole experience was pleasant. Interesting site (www.casehut.co.uk) and easy to shop on. Overal a good product and good price with effcient delivery. (read more)

The Shine Series from Case Hut is a slim profile case designed for the iPhone 3G & 3GS. It adds no real bulk to the phone, upgrades the protection and adds a new look and feel to the phone itself. There are cutouts in the case so no functionality is sacrificed and it is easily fitted with no tools required. The Case is extremely well priced and the colour range seems to cover most peoples desires. Against their range, the Shine series is the pick for us. (read more)

I can only echo this comment. Do not buy from casehut if you want any kind of customer service at all!
I purchased a Groupon voucher for an iphone accessories bundle. I redeemed the voucher on Oct 19th and no goods have been received more than two months later. I wonder whether anyone has, in fact, received their goods with this voucher. It appears that Casehut has been unable to meet the demand. It is impossible to get in touch with the company and they do not respond to emails. Their ticket enquiry system on the website fails to work properly. There is no phone contact number. They send group emails to customers saying that the items will be dispatched (though nothing is received) which display other customers' email addresses. All in all, I would avoid buying anything from them with a Groupon voucher, and indeed it has put me off buying anything through Groupon again, too. If it looks like too good a deal to be true, then it most likely is.
