Imperial windows in west end surrey, fitted all our windows in property in September 2009, they were recommended to us by a friend which is all ways helpful, I've had a bad experience with a double glazing company in the past, when I had my last house done so it was important for me to see their work first. It was apparent that they where the ones for us. The sales rep was very helpful and he was keen to show me a sample of his window, which was of very high quality, I was expecting a really high price followed by stupid discounting, but happily I was given one very completive price so they got the work. The fitters seemed very experienced and the whole job went smoothly. Except for one of our windows was made wrong but this was rectified the next week when they came back and fitted the correct one. The product is superb and I am very satisfied with the overall service. They deserve 5/5 from me
