buffalo drive station usb 2.0 . 500gb drive when installed is 450gb only due to somewhat rubbish software on the drive which none off it is any good . one main fact off it is turbo usb that makes it faster at file transfer loads off rubbish does not speed any thing up at all . and there is no way to get the 50gig space missing back .the drive is nice looking but theres a power save feature that when your pc turns off it does when it reboots the drive comes on meaning if the drive turns off you have to unplug it then plug it back in mains to turn it on . stupid is there is no power button i wish there was one as my plugs are everywhere . the speed is ok and dont take long to transfer .apart from if you do a cleanup from the settings in win xp it takes a long time it was ok for the price at £52 from argos with a free 2gig usb flash drive. i will also point out if you do a disc defrag use this software as its very fast and save you a hell off a time . auslogics disk defrag ver 2.1.2.45 its free to use . so i give it 3 stars because off power save and missing 50gig space which is still a lot to lose
