    Please do not use www.discountcar-hire.co.uk to hire a car! I booked one on the phone - was told they'd deliver it - hours late it still hadnt arrived- I then got a phone call saying i had to go and pick it up from a location a few miles away. I'd already told them i would be the driver but would be using my mums credit card and they said this was fine. But a £15 cab ride later at the pick up location they told me this wasnt the case- the only was of then getting a car was paying an extra £42 on top of what I was originally quoted. I phoned 'discount car hire' and they refused to pay the difference even though it was their fault for not giving me the correct information. I then had to drag my poor mum all the way back home on the bus,£15 lighter and with no car. (she cant walk far due to being ill so we were stuck in all weekend as a result.)
    The man on the phone was extremely rude and put the phone down on me. Please do not use these people!
