Anyone ordering pet products from this company needs to know that the business changed hands last year. It used to be based in Kidderminster but is now based in Yorkshire. The customer service isn't a patch on what it was when it was Kidderminster based. You could phone or email your order, they were so friendly and would bend over backwards to help you. If you placed an order in the morning, it would invariably be delivered the very next day. Now it is based in Yorkshire the service is so much slower and less personal. (Although the prices are still competitive.) They send you an automated confirmation and then you hear nothing at all for a few days. Finally they contact you with a delivery date. Also, and I hate this, when you click 'contact us' there is no phone number anymore. Presumably they removed it because people kept phoning to ask where their order was! I've used Nutrecare three times since the change of ownership, and it isn't getting any better. They've had their chance, next time I'll shop elsewhere.

Really disappointed with this website/company. After waiting over 3 weeks for my order I asked them where it was and was told that due to an error they had not despatched it, despite taking my payment. I also had not received any order confirmation from them at all and when I asked for one I was told it was automated and they could not send me it. They then emailed the following day saying they won't despatch to my country of residence, despite the fact that their cart allowed me to select that country as my delivery address and proceed with my order. Again, another error with their site, I was told.

I've bought cat and dog food, toys, worming and flea treatments from this site, and shipping has been cheap and efficient. The prices seem to be lower than anywhere else I could find on google.

What a fantastic service! Placed the order for cat food (really good prices), received the usual confirmation, then I was quickly notified that it had been despatched and I would receive the order on a specified day (great but unusual for a pet food company). Then, which was not expected, I was given the choice to choose another delivery date if the original date was not convenient! I did change it to the following day and received another notification to let me know that it would be delivered within a specified one hour slot!!! All of this was really helpful - saved staying in all day. So, in every respect, a GREAT SERVICE from Nutrecare and the delivery company - thank you!

The website is very well designed, easy to use.

The costumer service is great. I sent several e-mails for information and help with payment (I'm in Belgium and it was my first time using paypal) and I often recieved an answer the same day, maximum one day later. Very kind and helpful people !

I bought 2 year packs of Equest wormers.

One pack was about 51 pounds = 61 euros

this pack contains 4 wormers : 2 equest and 2 equest pramox

Here in Belgium I pay 30 euros for 1 wormer !!! At nutrecare I got 4 for 60 euros ... I'm the happiest horse owner haha !

I just recieves my package today. They said it would take between 3 and 10 days before it would arrive and it only took 2 days ! AWESOME .

Anyway, I recommend them to everyone ! they are most serious, helpful and deliver good quality products ;)

I have been buying James Wellbeloved cat food, Drontal cat wormers and Frontline Spot On Cat flea treatment from Nutrecare since 2008. They have always delivered very quickly and correctly. They have always been the cheapest supplier of all the items I use as well! Their website is easy to navigate. Their delivery charges are always clearly displayed before purchasing and delivery is free for wormers, frontline and other prescription medicines. I've never had any problems with their service so far.

Je vis en France et les aliments v t rinaires pour chiens et chats sont tr s chers. Je suis propri taire de 5 chiennes et 5 chats et pour moi, leur sant passe d'abord par une nourriture de qualit . En cherchant sur Google, j'ai trouv Nutrecare. J'ai pass commande et depuis, je ne les quitte plus ! Les produits sont de qualit , pratiquement deux fois moins chers qu'en France. Les colis sont tr s bien pr par s, tout arrive toujours en excellent tat et la livraison est rapide.

Je recommande Nutrecare tous mes amis et, parfois, je suis m me oblig e de passer commande pour eux. Grace ce site, je peux nourrir mes animaux avec des produits de qualit sans me ruiner.

My cat is a little bit of fat. I wasn't worried about it until recently. It's becoming huge now. So, I had to take diet plan for this. So, I bought Purina Veterinary diet DM feline from www.nutrecare.co.uk . Purina Veterinary diet DM is a dietetic food for regulation of glucose levels by offering a high level of protein and a low level of rapid glucose releasing carbohydrates which helps my cat to weight loss but keeps it healthy. Till now it's working well.

A few months ago my cat gave birth of 2 kittens but one of them died when it was 3 days old  so I took the other one to my regular pet doctor and he prescribed to use Health Development Food. He said, other one died because lack of nutrition and it wasn't healthy. Anyways, I searched in Google over and over again for Health Development food but didn't get one. Then, I heard about www.nutrecare.co.uk named online store which is only for pets. I called them immediately and talked with their expert. After hearing all the problems they gave me "Hills science plan kitten healthy development" and told me to use it for few months so I bought one pack of 5kg. It really worked I think. This one didn't die and now it keeps jumping in all over my bed. I think it's really energetic. Well at least, my cat seems very well now.

My cat really loves to eat Meats like a dog, lol. Whatever, that's not a problem. What I am worried about is the quality always. When it is nutrecare- there is nothing to worry about. I have been using their products over 7 months now. Why it's best? Because of great service, quality products, fast turnout and cheap price. Overall, their service is great.
