This is the first time I've used a website like this and was a little dubious at first, but the high levels of customer service I immediately received, the efficiency in dealing with the sale of my car and the offer itself was second to none.

I had to sell my car recently due to family expansion. With my work situation, I could not sell the car privately, so opted for finding someone to purchase it outright. I did a hunt around the internet to find suitable purchasers, and found www.iwanttosellmycar.co.uk along with a few others.

The other people I was speaking to tried to pressure me into a sale at prices quite a bit lower than book value, which put me off.

Paid a very fair price for our 18 month old VW Touran and were professional to deal with from the outset. Big advantage over some competitors is that they collected the car from us so no need to travel to a central buying site. We gave an accurate description of our vehicle and so there was no haggling when driver called to collect. Prompt and efficient service, including the speedy transfer of funds when the car was collected. Great advice given to guide me (a novice) through the cherished plate transfer process and even agreed to post out the CD's inadvertently left in the CD autochanger.
All in all far easier and a much more personal service than using websites to advertise and sell the car.

I was extremely pleased with the service I received from "iwanttosellmycar", who bettered every other offer I had received for my BMW. The vehicle was picked up on the day and time I requested by an extremely friendly and courteous driver, who made no effort to rush taking the vehicle until the funds had been transferred into my bank account and I was happy the transaction was complete.

"I recently sold my car on iwanttosellmycar.co.uk and found it so easy and simple to use. I sold the car within 4 days of my application and got the money transferred straight into my account on the same day. They even let me check my account before i left to make sure the money went in ok. The quality of service was great and the staff were very friendly and very helpful. I would deffinantly go back to them, this time to buy a car."
