This is our favourite Indian in Chelmsford, we have tried others but always come away not entirely happy. We always receive excellent service at Biliash the food is always superb and never alters in quality. The restaurant has become busy over the last year even though two new Indian restaurants have opened opposite. Obviously the food and service speak for themselves, we won't be wasting any time or money going anywhere else.

Bilash! The best Indian food in Chelmsford, hands down. I have lived in Chelmsford since 2006, and always go back to Bilash out of choice. My favourites are chicken tikka dansak, or chicken tikka balti. Menu caters for hot heads and those adverse to hot curry. If you do like a bit of spice then the lime pickle that comes with the pops dumps is the best! I'm quite picky about the quality of chicken/ meat and some Indians get this wrong. Bilash use a good quality of chicken, so if your fussy like me you need not worry! All round good food!

In my opinion the best Indian food in Chelmsford! Good quality ingredients cooked to perfection, the service at Bilash Restaurant is polite and friendly. We've never had a bad meal here whether we eat in or TA. Overall the Bilash has now become our number 1 choice for Indian Food.
