Terrible site. JSteals your money. No unlock code given, and no "report" given either. Their customer service was useless and did not reply to any of my emails. Have started a dispute on Paypal...and they replied once saying will give refund after I check my spam folder, but have not heard from them since and dont have a refund. Stay away from them! Complete rip off.
They lead you to believe that they will send the unlock code and all you get is a two page email telling you what you know already.

This should be classes as fraud.
I have started the dispute procedure with PayPal.
They should not be allowed to get away with this.

I paid them £2.99 to get an unlock code. All they do is send you an E mail
telling you to go to your local market,your phone shop etc.They do not send you an unlock code.
I had to start a dispute through paypal with them before they would refund the money.
Beware of trying to unlock your online, most of these sights are scams. (read more)
