    I have tried a few universal remotes and this is the best one yet. It's really easy to set up using the computer interface - just tell it which devices you have and it will download all the correct codes, and then point and go. Some tinkering may be needed - I had to get it to slow a signal down or it skipped two channels at a time with sky - but overall it's a painless process, and genuinely does away with the need for multiple remotes. I think some of the buttons feel a bit flimsy, and getting it to sit properly on the charging dock can be a pain.
