Been to Golf Club de Catalunya twice now on group golf weekends and it's easy to recommend. A modern hotel with good facilities including a nice pool and spa, but of course the major consideration is the golf. Two very playable courses that you won't get bored of over a long weekend - tight in places but with enough room, and length, to let you open your shoulders.
