    I have had this Sony VAIO for a while now, and like many laptops these days it seems to be good a lot of the time, but plagued with issues that shouldn't be there and that really affect the overall experience. As always, start up and shut down time is too slow - infuriating when you are in a hurry. Running multiple applications does seem to make it struggle - like me, it's not great at multitasking. It also seems to have some buggy USB ports that require peripherals to be removed and reconnecetd at random times - mouse being a good example. Screen is good, it's light, and the keyboard is good. It won't do if you want to do lots of CPU intensive stuff, but as a basic laptop it just about passes.
