“Rude and Inedible”

Chicken Yakatori was really Fat and Gristle Yakatori. Incredibly rude employee (driving Wasabi van and with logo on shirt), who yelled "**** off" at me as he sped around the corner going the wrong way down a one way street near the Piccadilly branch, just avoiding those crossing Sackville Street. I wrote 1 letter to the Head Office and received no reply, followed by 2 'Contact Us' emails and still no reply. If you want inedible food that has nothing to do with good Japanese food and foul... Wasabi is a great place to have fresh prepared sushi or a Japanese dish. They have a wide selection of sushi, soups and rice dishes. I have had dinner there a few times in their restaurant at Canary Wharf. It is clean and very well mantained. Food is a bit expensive though but it is fresh and very tasty. (read more)
