    I hired a car through Atlas Car hire in Izmir in Turkey. I got a Ford Fiesta which 70,000 kilometers on the clock it had a number of dents and scratches when I picked up the car. No record was given as to the dents and scratches. When I returned home I got a bill of TL401 (£168)with no prior notification. The car was returned without any further damage to it and yet I have been charged. The car was fully insured with no excess and on top of that I took a further insurance from Atlas Car so that I had protection in the UK, but Customer Services at Atlas is "Sick" and all you do is hang on the phone for a reply.

    Erboy has played dirty and Atlas is not bothered to help.

    WE EXPERIENCED POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH TOTAL DISREGARD FOR OUR ESSENTIAL NEEDS. eg VEHICLES THAT WOULD ACCOMODATE A PARTY OF 10 PEOPLE PLUS SUITCASES AND A WHEELCHAIR WITH 2 ELDERLY DISABLED PEOPLE . THE VEHICLES SUPPLED WERE NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE. AND NOT THE VEHICLES ORDERED FROM CARTRAWLER/ARGUS.COM, ALSO IN TERMS OF SAFTEY ALL THE VEHICLES SUPPLED IN MY OPINION WOULD NOT PASS THE M.O.T IN THE UK. AND TO ADD INSULT TO INJURY WE WERE CHARGED £889.77 FOR A MECHANICAL FAULT THAT DEVELOPE ...

    Booked Erboy car rental, Dalaman, Turkey through Economy Car Rental..

    No car at airport. Waited long time for them to find representative.car I got was a Fiat Maria 260 000 Km driven and a complete piece of rubbish; Dirty, smelled like shed!! bald tyres cracked on windscreed. They quoted 137.02 GBP for a week and They charged 198.02 GBP from my credit card. DO NOT RENT FROM Erboy Car Rental!!!
