    Took the Canadian Rockies tour and liked the scenery, but Laverne was not well organized and we spent way too much time on the road. One of our stops did not include a breakfast and because of an early time out of the hotel, there was no opportunity to even get a meal until nearly 6 hours later. At one point we stopped at a "seedy" casino that was suppose to be so magnificent, but in fact was a smoke filled tiny little place that offered nothing to the traveler. The bus service was excellent and the driver provided some narrative, but the tour operator seemed to not know much of the basic facts about the area we were traveling through. The hotels we stayed in were satisfactory, but certainly not 5 stars. We passed up a number of things that would have been interesting to see and/or participate in.
