I spent my summer holiday this year in Bodrum, Turkey and I totally loved it. People are friendly, no question about it and food is absolutely delicious. Be prepared to be stopped and talked to every time you pass by a restaurant and invited in by its owner. Tourism is very well developed with many local agencies throughout every resort to organize your activities from sightseeing historical towns to scuba diving and shopping.
