DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH "NAS". Zero Stars
On June 23rd, I have purchase from their website a Martin Pantera LH and a standard attached package. Was most visible bow on website until a few days ago. They billed me immediately and did not deliver the merchandise.
Archery Central Winnipeg MB, emitted a bill for $824.03 Canadian (not US) but charge on my VISA: $831.36 US dollars; charge in Canadian $890.21.

Should be 0 stars!!! As everyone has stated they take your money without having items they claim are in stock!!! On top of that is IMPOSSIBLE to reach anyone or receive a refund. This place is a scam & by far has the worst customer service. NEVER buy from this site!! (read more)

National Archery Supply are CROOKS!
I ordered a crossbow and broadheads from them. They stated that it would arrive at my door in 5-7 days via ups. After 7 days I emailed them and they told me that it was on backorder but they were supposed to get some in three days from then. 3 days from them is still said not shipped. National Archery Supply is obviously taking money for products they don't have in stock and/or can't supply. I placed an order for a PSE bow and when I called to verify the shipment 10 days later, I was then told it was on back order. I had previously called to check if it was in stock and told yes. National archery supply has the worst customer service I have ever encountered. The indians were treated better. My emails were not responded to for several days and the request I made were ignored and my questions never answered. I waited for six weeks to get my order. When I told them If they couldn't ship my order in full I would cancel they said your back order items are in we will ship it. I placed an order on 28 Dec 2009. Never received anything, no refund. They are a ripoff. No response to many Emails and phone calls. I reported them to the local Better Business Bureau where they have the worst possible rating -"F".
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!

placed an order on the 28th of Jan 2010 and still am waiting for the product four months later. On top of that they cancelled my order without me knowing and have not refunded money yet.
WORST COMPANY EVER AND THEY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN.

May 5, 2010, I finaly recieved my refund for $157.21 from December from NAS. They claim that there systems showed the refund as refunded, and took me and my banks (statments) words. Im happy that this is now over :) (read more)

I ordered a bunch of pins for my scope on my bow on October 27,2009,. The order was taking so long I canceled. On December 16, 2009, I recieved an email saying my refund is in "process" can take from 7-10, or some times 30 days to reflect back on my card, which is a MasterCard Debit From First Midwest Bank. BEWARE!!! DO NOT USE!!! I placed an order for 2 dozen arrows on 12/24/09. It is now 4/6/10 and I have not received product or heard from NAS. Order status online is "To Be Shipped". Live Chat out of order. No reply to call back requests or emails at any address. No reply to order cancelation request, order tracking request, etc. Tried two different phone numbers. First and last time customer. Place an order 11/29/2009 for a Christmas present for my son. As of 1/26/2009 I Still have not received it or received my money back. Through live chat on 12/18/2009 I was told that my order would arrive by Christmas eve. IT did not and National Archery Supply was closed until 1/4/2010. I don't know what the other guys are talking about but NAS is Great! Stuff gets backordered yada yada yada. They have the best prices and as far as I can tell very knowlegable staff. I was helped out a ton!

I am a first time (and LAST time customer) with NAS. I placed and order on Dec 7, 2009 and have yet to receive it. Of course it was a Christmas present which made it worse. Around Dec 18th I kind of wondered why it had not arrived. So went to the website to call. EXCEPT, you CANNOT call to check order status!!! What a crock!! National archery supply sucks!!!!!! worst and most frustrating experience ever! Bought a product(pse fishing bow) the day after thanksgiving and said it was shipped two days later. They then email me on dec 7 to say that they are running a little slow but i would have it by xmas. Its xmas eve and no sign of my product yet. I am still waiting on 12/10/09 for items I ordered from NAS on 10/18/09. After one "oops sorry, backordered, but will ship in a couple of days!" message a month ago, I have nothing. And now, no one will respond to my queries. They will not talk to you about outstanding orders by phone, but don't respond to e-mail.
I'm going to have to initiate a credit card chargeback to get my money. There are dozens of similar stories from consumers online. Wish I'd found them before I ordered... (read more)

National Archery Supply, Thank you! You guys are awesome. I just thought I'd share a quick experiece I just had with them. I ordered a target from them, one I had never heard of before. It's and archery target called a Bulldog Target Doghouse and appearantly it has a Lifetime warranty. I've never heard of that before.
