What a dreadful place this has turner into, Jason the previous owner took over from Gianni and did an awesome job. This place has een turned into one thing that clearly never worked and now its a "High" class mess,,, give it up Lucy and stay in Ambleside.... its terrible and i would not reccoment it for anything.. We took a walk on our holiday in the Lake District and ended up wandering around Bowness-on-Windermere hungry but didn't want a full meal. We saw lots of other people swamping the outside of a unusual looking bar and after having a look at the menu went in. Lucy4 is a wine bar and tapas restaurant with small rooms and a kinda kooky feel to it. We ordered homemade tortilla chips with salsa, deep fried calamari, the special of deep fried brie with pineapple chutney plus feta stuffed peppers... (read more)
