I was impressed with several things: seriousness, quality, promptitude, communication with customer, flexibility.
I would definetly go back to buy from them and recommend them to friends.

I have never had any quality cutlery before now. My cutlery has always been a hodge podge of bits and pieces collected over time. I decided to take the plunge and buy a proper set for impressing my new lady friend. After hunting around I found these guys, William Turner. They are master cutlers and the everything they do is still made in Sheffield (I thought Sheffield cutlery was long gone...) so thought what the heck!
