I needed a pair of headphones to replace the standard iPod headphones I received with my Nano (one of the speakers stopped working after 3 months). I've always been a fan of Sony headphones and have a pair of in ear headphones from when I was twelve! (Still working). I wanted some small, distrect and comfortable headphones for going back and forwards to work so lumped for the Sony MDR-REX76 which cost me £29.49 from Argos. So far the sound has been excellent, nice clear vocals when listening to podcasts and good deep bass with music. It takes a little getting used to the sound cancellation (a little like being submerged) but this is great for when I'm on the train although a ticket guard had to tap me on the shoulder the other day to get my attention.
They come with a hard carry case too so no more getting tangled up and breaking the wires.
