“Worst customer service”

I have had the worst ever customer service of my life in big bazaar. The service levels are very poor across in all branches.In chennai i have visited both the showrooms at Virugambakkam and Express avenue, royapettah. I have book bed, mini book shelf, Dining table etc.at Express avenue on 28/03 and at virugambakkam on 01/04. But the services levels are WORST.... which i really mean it. The SHOP offers all home appliances, clothing, bakery items etc there is little to complain about it. The service is good, with lot of personnel available to satisfy customers. The quality of the groceries should improve. Rice and pulses are sometimes stale and not fit for consumption.Air conditioning should also be more effective (read more)

The advertisement given in the newspapers are not available at your store. For example after reading your advertisement in Times of India on 24th March 2010 I visited your store at Lower Parel, Mumbai. I wanted tgo purchase a bucket where the offer was buy one get one free. The staff at the store were not aware of the offer and refused to offer the same. Is it a marketing gimmick to make the customers visit your store. (read more)

The biggest retail market in India with its branches in all the big cities in India, big bazaar had withstood the tide of recession. The first of its kind in India, offers all home appliances, grocery, clothing, food courts, there is little to complain about it.
