    I took my young son to St Mary's for his first evert football match. To mark the occasion I bought tickets for the hospitality suite, but i have to say the experience was a bit underwhelming. It started well with king no more than 100 meters from the stadium, but when we went to the hospitality area it seems they had merged two rooms into one because of a lack of demand - they had to put up a table for us in the middle of the room. They had also promised to make an announcement about it being my Son's first match, and bring a player up afterwards to meet him - neither happened. Given the state of Southampton, you would think they would be bending over backwards to make people prepared to pay to watch them happy. Not the case I am afraid. Nil Nil draw didn't help either.
