    I have still yet to have my conservatory finished I thought as they were with B&Q and national we would be ok ...not so I have a list as long as your arm of issues that are still outstanding. Canterbury outsource alot of thier work to sub contractors and the issues I have with them I was told to sort out with htem I have had to push call ring and project manage the build to where we are today ...which is a leaky conservatory with no site of it finishing :(

    Warning to any one out there about to or have ordered a conservatory from this company. Cancel your order and get a refund. It is very likely that this company is about to have the plug pulled by the parent company- The Burnden Group- There is likely to be a big sales drive to draw in deposits and then there will be a big drive to get your money back. Do not do a cash deal, go through Barclays, at least then you will have a fighting chance of your money back. It beggars belief that the likes of ...

    I have recently had a conservatory built. The standard of the building os top notch - but they put the down pipe from the gutter in wrong place so we can't open the door as we want to. Trying to get someone to respond from Canterbury id impossible. Once they get their money they are gone. Warning do not give them any money until the job is completely finished.
