    Abbaration are an Abba tribute band. I was lucky enough to catch their first (and probably last) gig at the Fighting Cocks rock pub in Kingston. The looks on the faces of not only the previous warm up band (a typical rock band, can't remember the name) but also the sound guy who I'm told had no idea that Abbaration were not a heavy metal group!

    Wearing comical wigs and taking it all a little tongue in cheek but with excellent musicians I'm on the lookout for another gig near me. Really enjoyed the guitar on Voulez Vous and the humorous intros to the songs. A real fun night that got even the hard metallers enjoying Abba!
