That ' s absolutely correct. This is the worst phone I have ever used. It hangs on every incoming or outgoing call for any new no. which is not saved in phone book. It hangs in any application or any action. I suggest those who wish to get a w910i to forget about it and look for another phone instead.

good mp3 player, slim and stylish I would not recommend the Sony Ericsson W910i phone at all, i have never had sony before but after having this phone i dont think i'l be getting another sony any time soon.

I'm on my fourth phone in 6 months because of cracking keys. Dont buy it, keys fall off and crack all the time. Orange will only swap my phone for something worse, worth 50 quid.

I'm on my second replacement handset and both have had the same problems. I thought it would be a good hand set but boy what a big mistake. Can't get software upgrades and LG not interested.

The touch screen with is very good. The phone comes with okay memory built in the phone. Very easy to work. Very good camera with good zoom.
