Pepi Apartment Richmond Melbourne Australia is a very noisy property right on the train line so you hear every train throughout the night. When we stayed, there was no water on day 2! The floors creak and the acoustics are very loud. The owners are very unprofessional. Cannot recommend this property. They should have advised how close it was to railway and that there were 2 sets of renovations going on in the complex. (read more)
