    don't shop at COOLSHOP, i pre-ordered my copy of modern warfare 2 on 26/10 and they guaranteed it will be delivered by 10/11, i got it on 12/11 because they mixed up my adress, customer service very poor, landline not working, live chat hopeless, should have bought at GAME only £3 difference

    Never shop at Coolshop!! after ordering modern warfare 2 i was told my payment hadnt gone through and would have to re-order.. well i never bothered thinking that was the end of that. I bought the game at Morrisons for £26 last week and then guess what... yeah coolshop decided to send me the one i ordered from them !(£40) well its no use to me so i decided to send it back but you just cant get hold of them and no one ever answers the phone!!! so now im stuck with an unwanted game and ...

    I hadn't heard of Coolshop before but they were the cheapest by about £5 so decided to give them ago. Ordered 2pm yesterday and it arrived by recorded delivery this morning! Very impressive and would definitely use again.
