First Class service from start to finish. Excellent customer service with very friendly and helpful staff. I made a big saving with a comparable policy. Unfortunately I have never compared my previous insurance and have always auto renewed. Never again. The policy has to right for my pride and joy. Paperwork was received in a matter of days. I had to renew one policy and start another one on a second vehicle. Both the renewal chap and the new business chap were very helpful and sorted me out with what I wanted at a fair price. The only small annoyance was the amount of time on hold whilst being transferred from one chap to the other - but I guess that's just a sign of the company doing well that they can't keep up with demand. Quote was much higher than it should have been - still had an "open" no fault claim on the file. didn't bother to find out why it was still open - 3rd party had settled in full. This meant renewal quote was over £100 more than it ahould have been. The quote we were given was acceptable, the only thing I could not understand was there was an increase in the price I received on the written quote to the price which came up on his screen of 34p. Gave me a quote with no hard sell, offered me a deal if I included breakdown ( which I already had so didn't take). Left me to think it over and discuss with the co-owner of the vehicle and called me back when I asked them to. On top of this the quote was half the cost of my current supplier and were flexible over whose garage it is stored in overnight. They ring to give you the best quote, and even follow it up with a letter! Its just a shame that once you have agreed to take out a policy and have handed over your cash/card details, there is a failure to get documents out to you when they promise to do so! I have taken out insurance with them for a couple of years now, and have only had paperwork problems. If i had to make a claim, i would not be sure how fast it would be resolved at the spped they process documents. (read more)

Good, quick, courteous staff who give the impression of talking to you as a person, not just as yet another voice on their headset as they plough towards hometime. Only four stars because arranging an inexpensive policy is great but the real test is on a claim which, thankfully (and holding firmly onto a block of wood), has not yet been required. Lots of reviews praise this company because they are cheaper than the competition. BUT, the relaity is that if you have to make any changes at all to your policy that you made over the phone, they will sting you for a lot of money where other insurers will not charge at all. Mid term adjustments £30 £75 administration fee for ANY changes! Renewals £30! (they want repeat custom so much they will charge you for it!)
