    NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY. EVER. Why I didn't just pay the £20 extra and use Meteor as I always have, I do not know. Gatwick Meet and Greet never answer the phone on the first ring, were 45 mins late on our departure, and we had various items STOLEN from our car. PAY THE EXTRA AND NEVER USE THIS COMPANY.

    Turned up 55 mins late. Almost missed flight. They can be up to 5 hours late with no compensation.. NEVER use this service. Not as described, very inefficient.. Did not contact me to let me know lateness, Staff scruffy, staff had no details of my booking..
    Never, Ever use this company.

    We chose Help-me-park.com because of its professional website, its cast-iron guarantees and mainly because it was the only site that actually stated clearly that they would meet us directly outside the terminal! Their email booking confirmation came within minutes of the online booking and their instructions were clear. On the day of our departure, h-m-p texted half an hour before our arrival as promised.     NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. We had nothing but problems with Gatwick Meet & Greet parking. We booked 3 cars through them. We called them on the way to the airport as instructed. Once we arrived at the airport we then had to wait over an hour for them to turn up. We tried calling various numbers during that time with no answer. When we finally got through they offered no apology & said they were on their way. On our return from holiday we experienced more issues. We called on landing & again o ...

    Gatwick Meet & Greet offered a great price so we booked on-line. We set off very early for Gatwick, allowing for traffic. On the on-line form I had stated that we would be there at 7.30am. However, we made good time and at 6.30am I phoned to say we would be arriving in 20 minutes (40 minutes early). The chap I spoke to said that we were early and no one could meet us until the agreed time. Obviously that was no good to us.
