After a few delays, mainly from Kyoto Futons, we received our New York style futons.

After a little assembly, they are in full use and look wonderful in our living room.

A great buy and at a great price, my only problem was with Kyoto delaying delivery to ukbedsonline by 2 weeks. However ukbedsonline were very helpful and apologetic calling and emailling me each week with an update. They were very honest and straight to the point.

I would recommend ukbedsonline service and Kyoto's futons (even after the delay).

Ordered a Myers High Coil Plaza King divan from ukbedsonline, arrived within 2 weeks, excellent service and a first class web site.
Pleasant buying experience, to the point I want to recommend them to other shoppers. Pity many other shopping portals do not provide this level of quality service.

I was looking around for good prices on beds. Having decided what we wanted we set about looking for best price locally and on the internet. Best price by some margin was http://www.ukbedsonline.com It wasn't until later I discovered they have an office at 213 Mill Road (although I've still not actually been there).
Anyway as I said price was very good, order was placed and beds
delivered when they said. Very pleased with UK Beds Online. Recommended.

The Hypnos mattresses I ordered from UK Beds have just arrived. Very pleased with them.

I have been very impressed with the service from ukbedsonline.com. Prices are competitive, but what impressed me most was the quality of service they have provided. Everything has been sorted easily & on schedule; they have kept me informed of progress; the delivery firm rang as promised to arrange a delivery time - and then turned up on time!
