    We paid in excess of £11,000 for this tub with the Onzen system. All the dealer will tell you is what excellent after sales service you will get!!! DONT BELIEVE A WORD my friends, we had problems from the off, I wrote to Canada and UK and the dealer, parts were held back by UK due the dealer not paying something or the other (now thats nothing to do with me, its between the dealer and UK right) wrong! anyway the dealer went bust and after paying £100 travel for UK to repair it packed in again, Weeks later it was repaired again and guess what?? its bust again. I've wrote to both UK and Canada and they wont respond???? So forget what Arctic Spas sales people tell you, once they've got your cash forget it. Oh its lovely when its working, biggest waste of money ever for a decent product but CRAP after sale service!
