Sorry to hear your issues but I would cancel with them before its too late. Wait till you have to make a claim then you will see the full force of how rubbish they are. They are very good on replying to their negative feedback on here for simple issues.

Straight forward to insure my Iphone 5 only took a few minutes. Was cheapily priced compared with other phone insurance companies and offered plenty of cover for such a small price. Defo recommend! (read more)

I haven't had an issue with a cell phone for a few years but the last time I had a problem I had insurance with Asurion. Got my device replaced in 48 hours and had no additional call backs/paperwork to send in.
