AVOID!! AVOID!! ❌❌❌ AWFUL COMPANY!! DO NOT USE!! I insured all my family’s gadgets for years with protect your bubble. I’ve just put in a claim for some AirPod Pros that cost me £250 6 months ago from Apple and they will only pay me £125!! Because that’s what they said I can buy some for from EBay!!!! Or I could wait 3 months for a replacement!?!? Absolutely awful company.... I’ve cancelled all my insurance with them now and gone with Love it, Cover it which are supposed to be excellent. AND have English speaking customers service advisers which is great! Please do not get caught out with this company like I did! DO NOT BUY INSURANCE FROM PROTECT YOUR BUBBLE!! ❌❌❌

PLEASE DO NOT USE PROTECT YOUR BUBBLE I had a jewellery insurance policy and they have tired every trick in the book to not payout on my genuine claim. When I logged my claim I was on the phone for 35 seconds, they took hardly any information from me, then rejected the claim and terminated my policy. Insurance companies are meant to provide peace of mind, and they have caused me nothing but stress, anger, and frustration, having to go through multiple appeals and complaints processes. Only when I informed them I would go to the FOB, they decided to pay my claim. For you own sake and sanity, please AVOID.

STAY AWAY FROM PROTECT MY BUBBLE!!!!!!!!! Took out insurance with protect my bubble paid every month got a new mobile phoned up and charged my the phone i had covered to my new phone. This month unfortunately i dropped my phone so ring up to make a claim but they said that i was not covered for the phone i was covered for my old phone. They said that there is no conversion off my new phone being charged. Due to Data Protection Act, GDPR and Call Recording Laws in the UK phone calls are only kept for 6 months to a year. Spoke to someone the other day and they could not find that call so how are they going to find a call from a year ago and they can't find one from the other day. I would definitely NOT recommend them. Stay away.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I started my claim in October 2018 for a stolen iPhone, it is now January 2019 and my claim is ongoing. I now see that PYB is deliberately putting up obstacles in order not to fulfill their obligations. Every time I speak with them they ask for a new document, new format. Every person says and asks for different things, I made a complaint weeks ago to their dedicated Complaints team and all I got from that was a very rude phone call with the PYB member of staff being aggressive. I have provided proof of my IMEI number and proof of usage in so many different formats, I literally have no other way of proving them as I have exhausted all my options. Their Fraud team keeps contacting me, implying I am trying to commit fraud, despite the fact that I have been a customer for almost 3 years, paid hundreds of pounds for the policy, never made a claim, and was pick pocketed. I am now escalating my complaint, but having read reviews of this awful company, I am definitely not the only one with the same experience. I would have been better off putting my monthly payments into a savings account to replace my phone. This whole experience has been a complete nightmare, the worst customer service I have ever had.

Spent 3 years with this company, wouldn't allow me to replace my handset when it was needed, ask me to complete tasks to get a new handset, I went 7days without a device, called my network provider and they went the extra mile and got me a new device, 3 years of £10 a month protect my b They don't even reply to your e-mail, customer support, service is shocking, I'ubble have extracted from my bank, I had nothing but stress off them, I would never use or recommend this company. m emailing regulators next, it's awful that businesses are allowed to operate when they treat customers like this. After further investigation, it seems that they treat their customers like this often, forums are full of bad comments.

I have a lost and stolen policy for my items. I made a claim for my stolen gadgets on 14th OCT and sent all necessary documents they've requested. I explained my urgent need for the replacements that the gadgets are part of my urgent business process and It has effects on my job negatively. I didn't hear anything from them since. I called today and wait for half an hour on the phone. The only answer I got whatever I said was repeatedly read from a script that I have to wait 2 business day to get an answer after reviewing of few documents! Then I wonder what's waiting for me at the next step. Update 17th OCT: They sent me forms to fill and told me to wait 2 business day again! Why didn't send me these forms at the first time??? Why unnecessarily are you taken my time even though I told you it is urgent? Update 20th OCT: No answer after two working days. I called them and wait about an hour on the phone and I am told that I have to wait uncertain time period until a hired investigation team completed their investigation. I asked that if they can give me an approximate time and I am told they can't give me any time period how long I have to wait. Now I will be seeking legal advice.

after taking insurance out with protect my bubble I lost my phone 8 days later while out in town, not to worry I thought, I have insurance it will be ok.... how wrong was I?. I phoned up on the 8/9/17 to make my claim, it was easy I was told to provide proof of usage and email the claim forms and 48hours later I would have an outcome, Today is the 18/9/17 with no outcome and here is what I have been through over the last week of phoning everyday.

I chose this insurer for my phone and laptop initially because of the good reviews, however I just realised most of the good reviews are just regarding their sign up process, which is indeed easy as almost every other provider. However when I actually had to make a claim because my items were stolen in a house moving, this company simply doesn't pay!! They asked for all kinds of documents, which though I was able to provide; they transfer the claim to some 'special assessment team' which to be honest is just another name of their excuse (this 'special team' has been conducting some deep investigations and would refuse to speak to you or provide any information/update to your claim, and would not even give you a timeframe how long it shall take - they literally give themselves the right to delay or hang your claim FOREVER!). I called them numerous times and sent them several letters, including a serious court action notice letter, which were all basically ignored - and it has been two months! The last thing I heard from them (after my emails & calls bombing for a update) was an email from the 'special team', asking me to provide proof of purchase - which was sent to them the second day after my claim, AND it was confirmed of receiption by them! Serious work of the 'special team' ha? When I questioned them this, they just again ignore and don't reply anymore. So just let you know this company would do everything possible to make the claim process as difficult as it can be for you, hoping you'd just give up so they don't have to pay. If you want to risk your simple life and put yourself in endless chasing, calling and writing... and eventually legal messes, do business with them.

How they call themselves a protcect your bubble, this company should be ashamed. they have had my iphone for longer than 4 weeks. the level of staff and commucation in there offices is unexceptblae. i will never be using this company again. the worst company i have ever i heard of

Dropped my phone in water, screen smashed and water damage. Made claim on Tuesday, can only do this online and they 2 days to look at claim only to come back and say they need proof of purchase - this wasn't asked for at first point. Provided this had to wait another 2 days, this took it to the weekend - which they are closed. Head nothing Monday, called them after being on hold for 40 mins they finally approved my claim, paid £50 to be told it had to go for repair - this 3-5 days to be told it couldn't be fixed - could have told them this at the start, then told the replacement would be reconditioned and couldn't say what colour - I received Silver when my phone was Gold - the whole thing took nearly 4 weeks - DO NOT USE!!!

To say that I am disappointed with your company and your service would be an understatement. I have paid my monthly insurance for years and have an iphone6 that has 3 distinct problems : very low battery life , intermittent charging problems, and it sticks/freezes mid call. In July I sent it away for repairs (paying an excess of £50) and it came back with the same 3 problems. I was unable to be without my phone through the school holidays and waited until Sept to claim the repairs under the 6 months guaranteed warranty. in the meantime I have dropped my phone and the screen is slightly damaged. I am not asking you to repair the screen, only to repair the original 3 faults that were not fixed originally. The likelihood of a phone being repaired and subsequently dropped and then presenting with the exact same 3 problems with no other internal issues, is so unlikely as to be "beyond resonable doubt". As nothing is 100% absoloute this is the measure used in a court of law and yet "protect the bubble " can refuse to fix their shoddy repairs on the back of this. Anyone out there please, please dont waste your money on them, particularly as there are reputable phone repairers popping p locally everywhere. Why pay monthly for a service that won't be there when you need it? CHARLATANS !

2 months after losing my phone and having provided all the proof possible.... still no phone. I am now being given the run around again. So far, half a dozen emails and hours on the phone and still no replacement phone. I have now had to buy a new handset as the saga continues. Insure with this company at your Peril! Most of the good reviews are from people who have not had to suffer their claims process!

this company is an absolute joke, called to claim for my phones smashed screen to be told that 'the bank has cancelled the payment' and so my policy has been cancelled. spoke to the bank who advise that they haven't cancelled any payment and no request has been made to set up a direct debit with them. called this joke of a company back to find out whats going on to then be told that id givent wrong information (sortcode), completely different to what I was told originally, they have made no effort to contact me to resolve any issues they said 'we sent you a letter' - not recorded delivery like any notice of cancellation should be sent, clearly haven't sent one. easy way out of not paying out for a claim. do not use, use an honest company

My phone fell and cracked screen. Straight talk phone and receipt only show Straight Tal. After 12 emails they claim my receipt is not good enough. They also play games saying they received the second attachment but not the first which coincidently was the receipt with proof of purchase. They are out of stock on my phone otherwise all this info would not be needed. Call times are quite lengthy considering all the hold times2 7-9 minutes per hold. CSR closed claim and no one knows why, left message with manager and no return call. I would NEVER recommend this warranty... Think twice before purchasing! There is nothing about Protect your bubble including experience, customer service, mgmt. lack of communication or professionalism that I liked or enjoyed!
