    The polo i ordered was not availble in the color i wanted. I had a call the next day from customer service to inform me that they could not fullfil my order. They offered me alternatives. I received the polo the next day. They offered me a discount code for my next order and a key ring of the same brand as the polo. It was very efficient and professional. Great customer service. I will definitly shop again with fallen heros!

    I bought this Siren sweatshirt from Fallen Hero, really nice fit, good detailing and a nice pocket on the left shoulder. Great material and really warm, great for the coming winter months!

    Another great purchase from Fallen Hero. I bought a pair of jeans for my boyfriend for his birthday and he loved them. The service was fantastic as always and arrived on time. Received an order confirmation once I placed my order then again once my order was dispatched including the tracking number!

    These jeans are great, great quality, great fit! Within moments of placing my order with Fallen Hero UK Online Shop I received confirmation, and within an hour I received my tracking code for the free next day delivery! They arrived the next day as expected, no issues, no fuss, just good old customer service as it should be. I easily intend to buy again as soon as I have some money!
