Not very well build, rude customer service.
I used this Northern Tool 42cc 2-stroke Brush Cutter strimmer 8 times this summer and so far I had to replace 2 strimmer heads, take the carburator apart and found that metal pieces of the driveshaft have broken off and the tank protection plate is cracked.
I phoned Northern Tool to ask them for a replacement strimmer head after the first strimmer head broke after only 3 times of using the machine but they could not deliver, they asked me to send... (read more)
