    My son recently hired a suit from John Field, for my eldest sons wedding. He was told to take the suit back the following Monday morning at 9-30. My son had to be late for work and took time off, only to turn up and find the shop was shut. There was no sign of the opening times on the window, and a passer by told him that the shop did not open on Mondays so he went back to work and was unable to return the suit on that day. He was informed by the assistant that he would have to pay another £10-00 The suit was £70-00 to hire and my eldest son hired 10 suits. I took my sons suit back for him and complained about the £10-00 fee. I was met by the rudest assistant i have ever had the misfortune to meet. She implied that my son was lying and was trying to get out of paying the extra charge, and that the passer buyer was no more than a idiot. She said that my son should have gone to Asda to get a suit instead. When i said that this misunderstanding could have been avoided had they put the opening times on the window or on the receipt, she said thatthey did not want the opening times added, i then suggested that the reason for this, was a lot of other people would have incurred these charges because of there inccompatance, she replied well people can always phone. I then asked her if she could inform her boss about the opening times, and she said that she would not be doing so, as one persons views don't matter. I asked her if she had ever heard about customer relations and the customer always being right, and she gave me a horrible stare and turned her back on me.
    I left the shop after 15 minutes with intense dissatisfaction and utter disbelief. I received no apology, and was made to feel very uncomfortable.
    I urge anybody not to visit this shop, if you want personal attention and a well being of satisfaction. The only thing this shop is interested in is your money. I do hope the boss of this shop read this review, as she is probably a nice professional business person. I would not like her reputation to be tarnished in anyway, but hope she review her staff with immediate effect, before she receive other views like this
