    We purchased the Zanussi ZUQ 875 built-under double-oven as part of a new kitchen installation in Spring 2008, it was connected and in use about a month later and was filthy very soon afterwards. It is easy to clean but easier to get dirty - the top oven/grill seems to smoke every time it is used at whatever temperature, to the point where I thought I had left some protective coating in there! Every time meat is cooked in the oven, it seems to create brown-ness all over the front glass panel which then drips onto the floor through the bottom of the door. I am forever cleaning the floor just under the oven. Just before Christmas, I had it professionally cleaned but it started smoking and dripping on the very next use.

    Earlier this year, the fan switch stayed stuck on and when I found the receipt the following weekend, the guarantee had expired the previous day, based on the delivery date rather than the installation date. It's still permanently on to this day. This is the worst oven I have ever had.
