    Mootel offers virtual calling cards. You can buy a calling credit to make cheap international calls by texting to a premium rate number. You will then be charged by your mobile provider! You can purchase either a £1.50, £3.00 or £5.00 calling card. The site is easy to navigate and also offers cheap access numbers to call overseas. I have also noted that the call quality is extremely good. The only downside to this Text & Talk service is its an auto top up service so it will automatically top you up when your credit runs out. But you can stop the service at any time by texting stop.
