I've lived in Barcelona off and on for the past year and for these past few months I rented from BarcelonaHome. I wish I had known about this service earlier because I originally rented from a similar company that was not as easy to work with. Everything went incredibly smooth from the moment we checked in to the day we moved out. The staff in the office was very friendly and always helpful in answering questions I had throughout my stay. I've stayed in an apt from Barcelona Homes for a the past 4 months and have had nothing but an excellent experience. They've got partners and friends all over the city to help recommend nightlife, salons, restaurants and more. The location was excellent, and apartment had solid internet connection, modern furniture, but most of all a helpful staff. I'd recommend them to anyone looking to rent temporarily or buy permanently. (read more)

“Avoid Barcelona Home!!!”

Avoid if possible Barcelona - Home Agency. We did it once this year. Next day our apartment vistied somebody with keys and "clean" from money. The Agency staff was completly unhelpfull. We waited 10 hours for locks replacement. By the way they did not repair the shower during whole time. The did not feel partly responsible and helpfull in case of robbery. Finally we waited 40 days for 400Euro deposit (sholud be back after 2 weeks). Avoid them, avoid his Boss Segnore Seisdadot (sixfingers)... (read more)

I spent thje whole summer in lovely Barcelona and I rented a flat from Barcelona-home.com. I liked the service and the apartment was in really good condition. I was afraid of several things due to the fact that we all know that Spain is a country of bureaucracy! But everything was fine and the people working at the compnay were really friendly and helped me with everything. Can really recommend it ;) (read more)
