Do not work with Florist Care. absolutely horrible service. I am still waiting for the product. This company does not answer emails, does not answer any phones and threaten you for no reason at all.

Wow - Florist Care was a horrible experience. This company treats its customers poorly. They advertise all over Asia and promise certain service levels. I am not sure there are any better options in this part of the world, but, do yourself a favor and do not buy from this company. They treat you poorly, they have zero customer service and their product is horrible. I am very embarrassed to have sent this product.

Florist Care is complete has absolutely horrible service. They continually spammed me their offerings. Since I had a friend in their area I decided to give them a shot. Flowers arrived late, they were not in good shape and their customer service was horrible. I have since read several negative reviews about them. I should have researched before hand. Hopefully this helps others. The go by several domain names including www.flowers.com.hk, and several others. Buyers be ware...
