Ordered a Hotpoint RLA175 large fridge from Whitebox because they were the cheapest online, after several other misleading online appliance sites said they were cheaper but either didn't have any available or didn't actually stock it (a marketing ploy to get to top of search engines and then you buy a different appliance).
Got an email almost immediately to say it would be delivered the day after next (free delivery). Then got a telephone call from Hotpoint to ask what time I'd like it. It came right in the middle of the delivery 'window', two person delivery bought it in, unpacked it and took packaging away!

Excellent online shopping experience, exactly what it should be like. saved £100 over high street. Hotpoint delivery system take a lot of the credit, they were excellent.

I've been trying to purchase a new tall freezer for some time and I think recession de-stocking has taken its toll because it has been very difficult to find my first choice model.
