    Negatives:

    Centuries Ahead - A & E Estates Withheld deposit for more than a month, though they promised to pay it within 10 working days.
    - Witheld 150 for cleaning, even though they approved of our cleaning during final inspection. I requested details of the cleaning bill, never got a reply.
    - Flat was not properly cleaned before we moved in. Old food in cupboards, junk in bathroom, etc.
    - Shower broke, took them 3 days to acknowledge the problem and a week before it was fixed.

    Positive:
    - They replaced the mouldy sofa when we requested it.
