    I have had my own websites/shopping carts for years, and tried out Buy It Sell It, and their "sister" site, Inkfrog.com on the advice of an eBay rep. Dealing with both sites has been the WORST experience in my life. Their customer service is non-existent. Their BISI "tech" answers support questions with generic answers. This week alone, our stores have been down 3-4 days. Lots of "Mom & Pop" websites seem super happy with their stores. If you are a serious seller and a pro business person, neither of these sites are for you. They lack the fundamental knowledge or skills to run website solutions for professional businesses.

    BISI buyitsellit - poor customer service,ignored emails, fails to connect. As I am writing,my store does not come up either with Firefox or IE.
    It's now 00.10 in the UK and my store has not worked for hours. It has happened other times.
    The last time I pointed that out to 'customer service', Tomas asked 'oh, is it still happening?'
    Then nothing. That's how they handle problems there. I have then emailed back with an obvious 'well yes,and even if not,it will happen again because it has happened ...
