Got a call from the sales agent, seemed good explained it all in thorough detail and when the router and phone line got activated [very late] the broadband speed was appalling. Youtube videos take forever to load about ten minutes for a five second playback until it buffers. Not to mention it always disconnects my son from his online gaming. Another company who make good promises, claimed they could save us money on our then provider. Although we have been with them for almost three years with questionable savings. We have now been offered a package by BT which looks better, so we agreed to a transfer. We have now received a termination charge of equivalent to ten months of call charges. Is this reasonable, I think not. The original contract cancellation required a 42 day notice. (read more)

One bill provide us with three lines for business, one we use for MOT (VOSA) machine in which lost connection and never been rectified, one for card machine fine so far. The other for broadband which is an absolute waste of time you get more data through your mobile phone. Sales man of onebill ripped us off with these lines and onebill will not help us, still left in a three year contract. My advice do not approach thic company waste of your time. I would just like to say what an excellent service they provide,the salesperson i dealt with was not pushy in the slightest compared to other companies.And the service I have received has been first class.Would recommend them without a doubt. (read more)

Been with one bill for 3 years and no problems. If you need to contact them response is very quick and polite. Had a problem with broadband a while back and they sorted it out very quickley.Far better than other packages I have used in the past incl BT. Would reccomend to anyone (read more)

I got a phone call from One Bill Telecom about 5 or 6 months ago, they asked if I was on BT (which I was) and said that they could save me £60 per year on line rental alone if I was to switch to them. I was still under contract with BT for a few more months, but One Bill Telecom offered to pay the remainder of about £50 and they would simply sign me up for another 12 months (it's minimum 12 month contract, unlike a lot of others out there that sign you up for several years!), so by... Been with onebill for a while now, when i first connected i was getting 1-2meg in the evening and 4meg in the day, i wasnt happy with the speeds so called them up, they were really helpful and said they would look into it..........few days later they reset the line but still same speeds, so they put me on their adsl2 package which they have just started and its brilliant.
speeds regulary reach 7mbps every day and upload of 700kbps, also have unlimited downloads too, speeds are consistent ...

Onebill Telecom really has got to be the worst broadband provider ever!! things started off with them offering me a package for 14.99 which would as the "salesman" said save me loads along with this i got there broad band little did i know my phone contract for a LANDLINE was 3 years i was disgusted with the service and after 3 years could't wait to leave but i had to stay for another year cos you have to give them 42 days notice before end of your contract if you want to leave! the calls...
