They charge each year for support as far as I am concerned. So even if there is a fault with their product I have to pay them to find out how to fix it and it isn't a nominal fee it's almost the price of the product again each year for me!
Good but just hope you don't have a problem with it after year one as you are on your own if you don't pay their support fee it seems. Therefore I do not recommend TAS Books 2.
