They assured us that we will get our tickets up to the last minute of the game. Tickets were bought 8 months prior to the game. Euro team kept on confirming via email that we will get our tickets. Last minute they were playing stupid. we paid $960 for Each tickets. Tickets were never delivered to us, we waited in front of the Stadium in Warsaw. We even received call from a lady that spoke Polish, assuring us that tickets will be delivered, no questions asked. I am totally disgusted with EUROTEAM! We never ended up going to the game. we spent so much money and time ... ridiculous! Once we got back to Canada, I have contacted our Credit Card Company and we've opened a dispute to get our money back. I had a history of emails going back and forth with Euro team members confirming and assuring that we will get our tickets. Anyway, eventually my credit card company managed to get my money back from their bank.

They took 510 euros from us for 2 tickets to see Il Divo ,it was a special present for my husband in August 2012. He had told everyone as he was so looking forward to this magic weekend I had planned ,how bad do you think I felt having to tell him that it wasnt going to happen and we have lost all our money because of this greedy,thieving group of scammers called EUROTEAM!!!!! NO TICKETS ,NO REFUND ,NO EXPLANATION ,NOTHING (and they charged us DOUBLE the price of the official website for the concert.) I had to cancel our hotel ,LOST OUR MONEY,had to cancel our flights,LOST OUR MONEY. HOW DARE YOU TAKE MONEY FROM PEOPLE THAT TRUST YOU TO DO THE RIGHT THING!!!!! SHAME ON YOU !!!!!!!! WHY HAVENT YOU BEEN SHUT DOWN!!!!!!!!!

“best ever scammers”

we were 3 families from dublin, and we travelled to london for the olympics and found out that we don't have the tickets to get into the USA team basketball game. very disgusted with this euroteam scammers, they had us back and forth to the hotel to wait for the tickets since we had a friend from norway who actually went to their office to follow up and was advised that the tickets are going to arrive in our hotel in an hour. kids were very disaapointed. these people should be heavily penalised.

“EUROTEAM RUINED OUR OLYMPICS”

I bought two tickets for the Athletics at a value of £380 when the second round of tickets were released last year. I feel like such a fool now but at the time it all seemed very legitimate. I simply assumed that there were a group of EU countries authorised to sell tickets. We were strung along for weeks and received a message the night before the event saying the tickets wouldn't be delivered. Ironically, just a week prior to this, my brother offered to sell us legitimate tickets but I turned them down because I thought ours were on the way. More than losing the money – I say that because it looks like Euroteam are filing for bankruptcy – it's the fact that we have missed a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. I'm totally gutted and devastated for my 11 yr old daughter who I was going to take with me. Roll on Brazil 2016, I guess. “Euroteam: Criminals, Scammers & illegal!”

We are from Australia. In May of 2011 we purchased $3,500 AUD worth of Olympics Athletics & Sailing tickets for London 2012. We travelled to UK, visited family & believing we would simply have our tickets waiting for us when we got to the UK. My goodness, what a nightmare this was! When they kept emailing us to change the delivery address & to change the deal, we started researching the Internet & discovered the UK authorities had listed Euroteam as one of the major ticket scamming websites. We tried to call - no answer. Then the website didn't work at all. Then we sent emails - no response. They kept sending emails to try to get us to breach the agreement by not providing a local delivery address or choosing to cancel etc. we saw through this & knew that this is what they were trying to do! In the end, we travelled to Weymouth for the sailing - myself, husband & his mother, & found out the day before that we would not get othe sailing tickets. We tried our luck at the Nothe Boxoffice & ended up getting tickets for half the price we paid - the normal, official price! Great day, but we did pay for 5 x £110 tickets for the sailing. Euroteam said, via email, we would get refunded, but we expect is fight on our hands to get it. Then the Atheltics! These were the expensive ones & what I was particularly keen on! We kept on having to keep a close watch on the delivery address provided & at one point we thought that we would need to spend 2-3 days of our precious vacation in London sitting at our friends basement apartment waiting for this supposed delivery! I was in tears at one point about this awful domination & that we may miss out on what had been a big dream for me. They emailed to say we were getting these tickets & they would be delivered by FedEx. We tracked the FedEx number, but it never moved status beyond "initiated'. Then we had a phone call to say the tickets were being delivered that night or next morning (the night we were in Weymouth, not at the London delivery address). We had to ring & get our friends to stay home to wait for the tickets. They didn't arrive, so we called. Go through to someone who was very rude, short with me, aggresive & trying to get me to lose my temper & say forget it. He kept saying "you can cancel", which I knew would mean they only have to pay back half the paid money! Bullies! I persisted. I then called the delivery guy & got a women who said they would mail the tickets, but the mail would be too late for an event on 2 days time! I said NO, I will pick them up! She wouldn't let me do this & wouldn't give us an address to collect them. Wanted me to meet someone at a tube station to collect them!!! Clearly doing something illegal! Anyway, I kept standing for it and, A MIRACLE - The day before the event a knock at the door & we thankfully were there & a Royal Mail delivery guy handed us our Category A Atheltics tickets! They worked fine & we were 4th row from the track near the Pole Vault & the baton change at 200m mark! Euroteam put us through so much stress, upset, time, worry! Totally dominated our lives for a good week! They need to be prosecuted & closed down.

“Avoid Euroteam”

I bought tickets for the Olympics at what I thought was an official reseller of the London2012 Olympics, but turned out to be Euroteam. What a nightmare! This has been a terrible experience. First tickets were not delivered as indicated in the terms declared in the email from the company. We had booked hotels and flights for the fencing in London. It was impossible to get in contact witht the firm, despite a so-called 24h hot line telephone! Not really hot, more 24h dead phone line. They pretend that the delivery address can be changed, but you have to get in contact with them, and that's a 2 day work. There is no answeer on emails nor on phones. A courrier called on the day before the event, finally and said they had our tickets, but they did not come. After the start of the event, a courrier came with our socalled tickets. We had bought a categoy b tickets, but they delivered a category D ticket. When we actually came to the event, most of the epee fencing was over. Our tickets for the final and semifinal never came. So in the end we travelled to London believing to have tickets, but realised what a fraud this was too late. Avoid anything with Euroteam and the men behind the firm, they have neither the systems, competence, nor will to handle such a businnes properly.

“RIP-OFF MERCHANTS”

Having purchesd tickets in April 2011, there is less than one day before the event and nil communication from euro-team tickets. I contacted euro-team tickets two months ago to revise the delivery address to that of family in London- who I am currently staying with (I flew down with my wife and 18 month old Son from Aberdeen just for the games). Euro-team tickets emailed me a few weeks ago requesting a change of address which I thought odd for obvious reasons. When I went onto the website to agknowledge the request and to re-confirm the delivery address I found a serious bug in the system. My email address and reference number took me to no less than six other ticket buyers details! including home address, delivery address, email address, telephone number, how they paid etc. I only have screenshots of two ticket buyers info as I simply did not think fast enough whilst frantically logging in and out. Following this I emailed the euro-team tickets support team notifying them of the bug, afterwhich they required proof which I emailed the day after. Am yet to be contacted regarding this matter. GUTTED! And seriously angry. How dare they? What good is a refund? The oppertunity will be gone. Having read the stuff online about euro-team tickets I am very un-optimistic about recieving my tickets!

“EURO TEAM ARE FRAUDSTERS - Taking advantage of people ”

PLEASE CLOSE THIS WEBSITE / COMPANY We bought tickets for the Olympic stadium in April 2011 for Saturday 4th August 2012 at a cost of €360.00. We then booked flights arranged accommodation for 3 nights and saved for the last number of months to enjoy this weekend. Needless to say we never received the tickets; we were contacted by EuroTeam in the weeks coming up to the event to ask for delivery details as they could not deliver the tickets to Ireland. I tried to call the number provided at least 20times which was always directed to voice mail that advised to call a another number if it was within 3days of the event you had booked, I did this and was directed to send this number a text. I never received any response, I also emailed 3 times and I am still waiting for a response to my emails, texts or calls. However we did received some rubbish email on Friday evening the day the tickets were meant to arrive to our accommodation but they had been taken by the police and that they wished to take the case to the supreme court yesterday (Monday 6th August on my behalf) It is a disgrace that a company like this can be allowed to trade. We are heartbroken as had spent the last 15months looking forward to the event. We have not responded to the last email but do need advice on what we can do to get the money back. Will our credit card cover this ?? We booked with MasterCard. PLEASE DO SOMETHING TO STOP THIS. Thanks you

“No tickets received”

I too bought tickets in April 2011 from Euroteam, otherwise called WorldTicketService.net for the Olympic Tennis centre court final on Sunday 5th August. I was so excited to have been allocated tickets. The week before the event I got an email on 20th July to say they needed confirmation of my delivery address and listed events I had not booked tickets for along with other purchasers details. I wrote back and said my tickets were for the finals day. I got another email asking for my address, this time with the correct information.I submitted my address and got a confirmatory email from [email protected]. I received another email from Euroteam on 2nd August to say the Norwegian Custom had 'sized' my tickets with a form for me to complete a form authorising the company to represent me 'in this case if we find it appropriate and likely to succeed'. On 4th August I got another email outlining difficulties in ticketing distribution. By this time I had read complaints from other people about getting their tickets and also a telephone call from one of the people (Gabriella) on the email of the 20th July who had seen my contact details. She rang me to find out if I had got my tickets as she had not got hers. I told her I thought it was a scam. Needless to say I didn't get my tickets and was gutted to miss being at the Federer/ Murray match. I feel sick at the thought of being duped like this.

“EUROTEAM OLYMPIC TICKETS ”

I bought 4 tickets for my 2 children, husband and I on 26th April 2011 through the company Euroteam (total cost £350) for the Gymnastics event at the North Greenwich Arena London on Sunday 29th July 2012. I telephoned the helpdesk based in Norway to make enquiries about our tickets ,which had already been purchased and was told that the tickets would be delivered to my address 2 weeks before the Olympic start date on 27th July 2012. We did not receive any tickets on or after 27th July 2012 in the post or by courier which was paid in advance to “Euroteam” . As our event was due to start on 29th July we decided to attend the Olympic park anyway despite not being in possession of the tickets that we paid for and as we could have predicted we were refused entry and turned away from the Olympic park by security. I asked some of the many security staff and volunteers were we could collect our tickets and was sent in different directions which turned out to be extremely frustrating. It began to dawn on us that the whole operation was a complete scam and we were left wondering how many other people went through the same procedure as us only to be left frozen out and basically ignored. Our children are 13 and 10 years old at the time of writing and they were looking forward to this day months ago and it was very difficult for us to explain to them why we were not going to watch the gymnastics. The sad thing is that we may never get another chance to see anything like this in London again which makes it hard to take. Meanwhile “Euroteam” are still trading and causing heartache for thousands of people.

When you see your order in the "administration remark" there is the date and the name of the broker who buys? This remark is my only hope...

I have told him that, for reasons of confidentiality, I cannot pass him your details but I now blind copy this email to all of you so that you may assist him directly should you so wish. His request is as follows:

'I would appreciate if they could send a brief description of how many tickets they paid for, the amount paid, how many tickets – if any - they have received, and the total expenditure they have incurred in addition to the tickets (travel fares, hotels, etc).

Any email-correspondance with Euroteam would also be of interest, to enable us to understand how they have handled their customers.'

Gutted, looks like I have also been a victim and purchased 4 tickets for my Dad, Husband and Brother as they all had special birthdays. They emailed me today saying it was going to Norway Supreme court. I am devestated as my family have taken time of work and paid for travel and accommodation.

“A gang of criminals”

I have bought a number of tickets for the olympics in January. However, on the officical London ticket website I found a number of suppliers which are not authorised to sell tickets. Euroteam was among those suppliers. Therefore I contacted the support team of the official ticket website and they have been very helpful and told me what to do. At the end of the day I got my money back from Euroteam. It was a big effort as it took some time but at the end of the day I had my money back.

I am in the very same situation, waiting for Olympic tickets. I am just gutted, as we purchased 18 months ago and have not tried to buy any other tickets since. We are now left with flights and hotel paid for and no tickets. Have spoken to them twice and are extremely rude. It is just a nightmare, and our Olympic dream in shatters!!!

I contacted the official ticket site in January. Maybe they had been helpful as they have been less busy. They told me that I should contact my bank- which I did. The bank than said that they could do nothing as I have bought tickets and paid for them and it was not up to the bank to do anything- bank said basically get in touch with Euroteam. So I did that. Euroteam said to me that this was not possible. Therefore I contacted the official ticket site again and they had put an email for me togehter saying that it is not legal what Euroteam does and therefore the bank actually can get the money back. I took that email and got online legal advice from a lawyer (investment 40 EUR only). At the end I had send the email from the ticket webpage and what the lawyer said to my bank. And the next month I had my money back.

That's promising. I spent over £2000 on tickets from euroteam, oblivious to the fact that I was not on the official olympics site. When I contacted the official olympics ticket site, they were completely unhelpful, but I think I will now try again.

Any chance you could explain how you got your refund? Was it just persistence? Or did you have a particular contact, or something in particular to say to make them cough up?

Your advice would be very much appreciated.

“Crooks, Scammers, fraudsters”

we bought Bruce Springsteen tickets for the RDS in Dublin from Euroteam.net as they were sold out most other places. We later found out the tickets we had paid for (340 Euros for 2) would have had a face value of 170 Euros for 2. We bought them last year when they went on sale and in June of this year, they contacted us by phone to say the tickets would be delivered to our home address in Belfast. A week or so later they e-mailed and said they could only deliver to an address in the country where the event is taking place so could they deliver to our hotel in Dublin (we might not have been staying in a hotel but as we were we agreed). A few days before the concert they contacted us by e-mail and said they would deliver to us by hand on the day of the concert as it had been to late to post to our hotel. We gave mobile phone numbers and needless to say we never heard from them. We have rang, e-mailed them but never any answer or reply. They are rip off artists - YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED - Euroteam.net are a scam.

“STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS!!!”

I applied for Olympic tickets through Euroteam in April 2011 and was "successful" in gaining tickets to three events. I was charged the highest price possible for all seats. I was charged courier fees for each set of tickets as well. I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED ANY OF MY TICKETS!!! I have emailed requesting information as to when they will arrive and have been ignored. I now have grave fears as to whether I will receive any tickets at all, and even if they do show up, I will have paid well over the face value of the tickets.

I would guess almost half of the reviews here are placed by euroteam themselves. My own sad experience with them these days says clearly that the other half is right. So mind this when you read the overall rating. Hard to understand that something like this can´t be stopped.
