    The glass balcony provides the necessary secure balustrading for the decking over the sloping site, while preserving the views. It also provides shelter from the wind and looks beautiful. We are very pleased and would certainly recommend the system.

    Balcony were most helpful, and treated us as individuals, unlike other companies who were more used to dealing with builders or contractors

    We have used the Balcony system several times. As the materials are no-maintenance glass and aluminium, it is the ideal solution for balconies on properties by the sea where corrosion is a real problem with steel ones.

    Balcony proved to be very easy and helpful to deal with. Buying the Juliette balcony was a very smooth transaction and it arrived when it was supposed to. It's so much smarter than the 'iron-grate effect' of alternative systems; in comparison the glass version was no contest

    The elegant style of the balconies suits the seaside location very well, having clear views through the glass panels and minimal post structures.

    Our own installation following your instructions went very smoothly as the system is well thought out. Your assistance with drawings and checking the details of integrating to the main structure steel columns, ensured that everything fitted.

    I had a curved patio door and balustrading installed at my double-fronted Edwardian end-of-terrace house, which underwent extensive refurbishment to create a contemporary modern living space.

    Very good, very pleased and it's exactly what I wanted. The glass keeps views over the rock garden and distant hills. Installation by my builder was easy and straightforward.

    Anodising of Balcony Systems balcony rails is very poor and low quality. Product is overpriced. When I complained the manager said the scratches are part of the anodising process and they are normal!.. not for me please.. I do not recommend Balcony Systems products.

    No instructions or checklist with delivery (arrived a day later than promised), difficult to install, no support from Balcony Systems LTD, staff not trained for advice.

    Poor quality brackets and screws. Balustrade received with deep scratches but Balcony Systems wouldn't take responsibility!

    Not happy with product, very expensive.

    3 months wait for delivery with Balcony Systems Ltd, extremely high delivery prices, poor customer services and response to complaints.
